Started in 2009 while our own son was a medical student at the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC), Vingard Realty has grown organically with no commercial advertising to become the sought-after housing option for undergraduates, medical students, residents, fellows, graduate students, and more. Since we realize that many of our tenants are either out-of-state or international, all of our houses come fully furnished with individual, hand-chosen pieces to make moving in a little less stressful.
